Internet was not working. One of our rooms the air-condition was leaking and the staff had to put bed sheets to soak the water.. very high health and safety risk.. Imagine if one of us slips?

Friendly Fijian staff. Close to shops. Pool and air con.

Was not clean in the room on arrival, floors all wet slipped, broken bathroom facilities doors don't close, fridge leaking, tv not working. For price was ok but not what expected on photos.

Good value at the Capricorn Internatiomal Hotel

Great location close to a super market, ATM and taxi’s. Nice pool and bar with friendly staff. Good value for money and an airport transfer bus.

The hotel needs a face lift as she is quite run down and is lacking in general maintenance on some aspects of the property.

Location is perfect! The rooms are spacious! Has all the kitchen utensils! Quick response from the staff

The bathroom doors were stuck - couldn’t slide them open The dining chair were wobbly. The aircon was leaking

The location of the hotel is amazing.

The washroom especially the toilets in the room was unclean. It smelled of piss and the shower was clogged. Next time if i book this hotel I wouldn't check into the room, until and unless I get to see the toilets and bathroom conditions.

The location is the only reason to stay at this dump. I wish I could say you get what you pay for but you don't.

Customer service is horrible, you don't get what you pay for, rooms are fair or disgusting - the only reason I stay there is it is better than the other places in the area but still... crap. I hope they read this and pick up their game because it is slowly getting worse every year.

The shower to the room I stayed in was not functioning properly. Reported it twice but not fixed.

Bed Comfortable - bathroom n Toilet were not to standard. Kitchen didn't have any cleaning items like sponge for sink and no hand towels or paper towels.

Informations provided for wi fi and free internet were incorrect. When asked for wi fi id and password to set up on my mobile phone I was told that I had to buy Wi Fi for $5.00. Didn't like the lunch which we ordered and paid.

The airport shuttle, the room, the staff. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and air condition worked well.

Just 2 minor things like 1 of the power switches was not working and the shower door could not close properly. If I was staying longer, I would have raised it with the front desk but I checked in at 9pm and checked out at 7am.

Staff were helpful & great. My flight was delay late at night and they still airport shuttle came and pick me up. And helpful in our shuttle back to airport on our final night of stay. My room was Clean & comfortable. All we needed. For our in between trips. Pool was good. And outside area nice to relax and read a book. Good for the price we paid. Thank you.

Music late at night from a bar behind, otherwise. It didn't bother us as we sound sleepers.

Its location close to supermarket and eating places is a bonus. There is a bread shop next door and a pizza place(wish bone) also atm outside the supermarket. The rooms are clean despite the aged facilities.shuttles to airport is great.

Need to check the lights, our bathroom lights arent working. Towels were delayed to the room providing inconvenience and would be great to have a information folder in the room to inform guests of rules and other informations

The two single bed put together to make a double bed. It needs to be a normal double bed as mention during the booking.pool too small!!

What was the highlight of Capricorn International Hotel

Location very convenient, next door to supermarket, eatery’s, taxis, bus stop. Air conditioning was great for the hot muggy weather. There are cheaper options for food next door down by the cinemas and upstairs, there is also fresh bakery.

The room had a constant smell like the room was never opened. The staff sat in the lounge chairs outside the room in the sun during the day, shirtless. The cleaners serviced the room each day but that consisted of making the bed and adding a toilet roll, changing the rubbish bag. The bathroom sink and mirror was never cleaned during our stay. The tv didn’t work properly and there was no remote. The gift shop was only open once during my 5 day stay there for a few hrs in the morning, was never open during the open hrs advertised on the door. Could do with a microwave. Hookers stood outside the hotel driveway every night. Nightclub next door so can be very noisy every night till 5am. Ask for a room to the right of the property if you choose to stay here.

Even if you trouble single or double same value of money I think for single we should pay single rate also there are single bed attached to make it double which is very uncomfortable..no wifi supplied..overall not happy had to wait for towel till evening ..
